Business Services

Windows and Doors

Windows and Doors

In spite of what you may hear from highly paid and highly "professional" sales people in this industry of ours, there will be very little difference in any PVCu window product which is purchased from a reputable supplier. Almost all now have highly efficient security mechanisms, secure glazing techniques, and highly insulating framework. The main difference will lie in the quality of the installation and the service that you receive.

All of our windows, doors and patio doors are available in white, rosewood or classic oak. Windows can be virtually and size and design (we have well over 300 designs and our computer and that number is still growing!). They can be open out windows or open in Tilt and Turn - the choice is yours. Special hinges can be fitted to restrict the opening, or provide exceptional fire escape capability. The glass can be decorated with Georgian Bars (either between the glass or on the face) an endless array of leaded light styles, and of course coloured lights and bevels if desired.

All of our work is guaranteed for ten years and this is backed up by an insurance guarantee through Consumer Protection Association, a DTI approved guarantee insurance company, and the best we could find.

Conservatories

Conservatories

It is our true belief that nobody in our area can match our experience in designing and building conservatories to suit virtually any conceivable situation. Such is the adaptability of our product, that we can, and often do, provide a lasting and satisfactory solution to areas which our clients have considered impossible. Whether you have a house, bungalow, single story extention or thatched cottage, it is very likely that we can provide the solution to your problem but beware, if you own a listed building, you are extremely unlikely to obtain consent to add a PVCu conservatory.

Our buildings can come in a virtually limitless range of sizes and styles from the simple Traditional to Edwardians, Victorians, P shapes, L shapes, Double P's, Double L's, etc. etc. We have now built hundreds of these buildings, and to our knowledge we have not yet built two the same!

About 80% of conservatories can be built without Planning Permission, but in some cases an application is necessary - to date we have never had one refused (except on listed buildings). The reasons for an application becoming necessary are somewhat complex, but are mainly concerned with whether your home has been extended, and whether the wall to which you wish to attach it faces a highway. If you live on a modern estate, you may need permission from the estate developer. We will be very happy to advise and seek any permissions if required.
