Wherever you are in the UK, we supply and install replacement conservatory roofs and Iconic Garden Rooms directly to you or through our reliable network of Insullite Approved Installers.

The products we manufacture go beyond our competitors and are Building Control Type approved to part L 2013. This means you are assured the conservatory roof system being provided complies with all the requirements.

The Insullite Warm Roof system is designed to replace your existing glass or polycarbonate conservatory roof with a thermally efficient solid roof, there’s no need for additional structural work due to the intelligent cantilever design along with light weight materials used throughout. The Insullite Roof is able to turn a space once too hot in summer and too cold in winter into a year-round usable space for you and your family to enjoy.

Glass or polycarbonate are both thermally inefficient materials, the Insullite Warm Roof system has been designed using multi-layered foil insulation to keep the room comfortably cool in summer and cosy and warm in winter. The system also employs a sound deadening insulation which almost completely silences the weather outside a far cry from the equivalent polycarbonate roof.

The Insullite Warm Roof system achieves a u-value of 0.18 and due to its timber construction, ventilation and use of breathable materials is 100 percent condensation free. The Insullite roof is one of the highest performing systems on the market and is fully Building Control Approved for your peace of mind. The Insullite Warm Roof system has been developed to put minimum stress on the existing conservatory structure, this is achieved by a unique design transferring load back to the foundations of the main house, a robust design proven to stand the test of time.

The Insullite Warm Roof is totally bespoke allowing you to accurately match your existing house roof or make a statement with a contrasting design, options such as Velux windows and recessed lighting are available too. The Insullite Warm Roof is hand made, pre-fabricated by our team of highly skilled craftsmen in our Ramsbottom workshops enabling rapid construction on site. Once erected each roof is fully plastered, wired by our qualified electricians and can even be decorated to your exact specifications.
