About the Business

APT Windows is based in the centre of Ystrad Mynach and is a family run business (comprising of: Fred, Neil, Dave, Denise and Julie Cooper), manufacturing, fitting and supplying quality PVC Windows, Doors, Composite doors, Sliding patio doors, and Conservatories – with over 40 years in trading.

We do not use high pressure sales or phone sales. When you ask for a quote we will arrange a convenient time to come and measure your windows and discuss your needs with the minimum disruption to your day, we won't spend hours trying to convince you to sign immediately.

We will then send a quote in writing to you, and if you accept, we then ask you to come to the sales office to go through your exact requirements - its as easy as that. We provide an in-house quality assurance promise for each and every customer on all our product range.

Registered with FENSA, you have the assurance that you are dealing with a company that is professional, will provide you with the perfect fit, ensuring that all installations meet with current building regulations. All of our windows and doors are all bespoke and made in our workshop, our fixing team comprises of time served craftsmen employed by us, we never use outside contractors, this is how we acheive our high quality end product.
