About the Business

On the same Industrial Estate in Livingston as the old factory, our new factory has already created more than 10 new jobs with a further 20 planned for early 2015.

Our investment added a 3rd new Stuga CNC cutting and prepping centre, an URBAN 4 Head CNC corner cleaner, an URBAN CNC 4 head welder to add to our URBAN 8 Head and URBAN 6 Head CNC Welders. The new welder has 0.2mm weld restriction giving the neatest finish available on our fully welded, coloured foiled windows and doors. Three single head URBAN CNC corner cleaners and a host of other state-of-the-art machines including screwing machines, bead saws and CNC tilting hanging and glazing benches.

This machinery runs to the finest tolerances, consistently ensuring the highest quality finish on all of our frames This being particularly important with the latest generation of energy efficient, multi chambered, fully sculptured frames.
