We have a wood-framed conservatory on our Edwardian house, measuring approx 4.25m x 3.25m. The conservatory was put up in 1994. Over this winter the water ingress we have experienced through the seals around some of the glass roof panels has got worse. The sides are fairly sound, but the conservatory requires an increasing amount of maintenance. We are interested in having a new conservatory built on the existing footprint, from the window sills upwards (the brick walls are approx 0.7m high). We are at 132 Castelnau, London SW13 9ET.
