Bramley, SurreyI have a roof installed by a company who purchased the roof from CBE, however, the company who installed the roof and the roof leaks. The company who i bought it through have gone into liquidation. So I contact CBE for help and all the way through they have been very unhelpful, not bothered to care. It seems they have no customer service skills and don't really care once they have their money. The leak is coming from what looks to be from the roof not been designed correctly as it doesn't line up and so there is a hole where it should cover the glass however CBE is not bothered and have just said the issue is not their problem even though they have measured and manufactured the roof. I would be careful using them as they seem to be a company that once they have the money they don't care after.
