About the Business
Macdale Windows were commissioned in 2011 to carry out a replacement window contract at the top of Blackpool Tower. We removed and replaced approximately 70 windows, screens and sliding doors, all in white powder-coated aluminium 154 metres above sea level and higher observation levels.
We also carried out coloured stained glass restorations in the Blackpool Tower Ballroom area to include opening roof lights and the Charlie Cairoli exhibition room. All these beautiful original stained glass windows date back to 1894.
