About the Business
Owners, Alan and Joan Cooper, manage the day to day operations day to day operations along with family members Rachel and Robert and a dedicated team of long-term staff both in our office and in our factory. Over the years Character has a well earned reputation both locally and nationally for superior workmanship; quality products and award winning designs. Character value their customers, many of whom have become friends over the years throughout Chesterfield, Matlock, Derbyshire Dales and the Peak District. As well, many of our past customers now work with us in various capacities including consultants, architects, sales staff and builders. We have been Winners of Top U.K Conservatory Competition judged by the BBA and GGF.
